We charge you a one-time integration fee for each API touch point. One API call to a business application to retrieve an order is one touch point and another API call to update the order with tracking information is another touch point.
There’s also a monthly hosting fee. Even though APIs talk to each other in real time, our managed API service is proactive if a problem occurs. Each API call is logged and will continue until successful, whereas passive API connections will simply stop if a problem occurs.

With our EDI services we keep the pricing simple. You pay a flat monthly fee for all your activity. There are no trading partner setup fees, mapping fees or transaction fees of any kind. Our service includes Order Management (Commerce Desktop) and Data Transport through FTP, AS2 or VAN at no extra cost. Data Transport is also available as a standalone service.
For Data Integration with your back office application, we charge a one-time fee for each document type such as an order or invoice. We do not charge extra for each customer that is added to the integration.
