A Message from our CEO

In December 2016 we celebrated the 30th anniversary of our company. It was amazing to look back at all that we’ve accomplished, the solutions we’ve built, and the wonderful clients we’ve had the privilege of serving.

As 2017 approached, we began working on our vision of what the future might hold, and set up a series of goals that we wanted the company to reach going forward.

Throughout 2018 and 2019, we systematically worked on achieving those goals while still setting our sights towards the future.

Integral 2020 is a lighthearted look at the serious progress we’ve got planned for the next three years. In keeping with the superhero theme we introduced a few years ago, Integral 2020 is presented as a comic book that describes all the key aspects of our business and how we intend to grow them.

Our hope is that by clearly stating our vision and sharing it, we can all work together to make it a reality. As Integral grows and develops, we will provide expanded solutions for our clients and partners, so think of this as a preview of what we are working on for you.

Our mission has always been to support our clients in every way possible, and we work hard to ensure that they think of us as superheroes. Thank you for letting us share our vision of the future. A 2020 Update: September 2019

Ah … September. The month evokes memories of a new school year. For us at Integral Group it’s time to publish our year two report card. As we discussed in some detail last year, in 2017 we set out a 3 year plan (2017-2020) of what we wanted to accomplish as a group. We called this our Vision 2020.

Our goals motivate us to keep moving forward. While they are attainable, they do take effort. And, of course, accountability – in the form of a yearly report card. We are sharing our report card with you as a measure of transparency – about what we’ve done and plan to do.

Many of the goals in our Vision document are building blocks – we first need to lay the foundation before we can start to build and that does take time. Although some of our team have lamented our progress (the age-old desire for things to happen right away!) we are actually tracking well. We have about 30% of our goals left to complete and we know exactly what we need to accomplish in the final year.

The report card isn’t our only measure of how well we are doing. We’ve surveyed our customers satisfaction last year and will again this year. We have several new initiatives planned to enhance customer engagement and afford forums for discussion.

A 2020 Update: June 2018

In June of 2017 we published our Vivid Vision 2020 plan in the form of the Integral 2020 Vivid Vision. In it we set forth our vision outlining our objectives for next 3 years (2017-2020). This is our first year Vivid Vision report card: One year down, more work to do!

The aim of our Vivid Vision is not economic, not profit centered. It has a higher purpose and that is to elevate our team and our company and, by extension, enhance our customer experience. We published our vision, and now our report card showing what we have accomplished, because we want to be accountable to it. In setting out our Vivid Vision targets we made sure they were achievable, but that we would all need to stretch to succeed. Of note, these Vivid Vision goals are the responsibility of every member of Integral Group: Action is not the sole province of management. It is only through the consensus and discipline of everyone that we will fully realize our vision and be able to set a new one in 2021.

We invite you to have a look at what we have accomplished in year one of our 3-year vision. We are proud of the work we have done and are poised to climb even higher in year two.

We talk about our vision and our culture because they are intrinsic to who we are and how we behave. Integral Group is different than big conglomerates where every interaction has a timer and a dollar sign attached to it. Our focus is to do a good job, and then find a way to do an even better job. During that journey we want to have a positive impact on those we touch.
