As some of you may remember from our post last year, our whole team gets together for a pizza lunch once a month. During that lunch the Golden Pizza Award is presented to the winner in recognition of excellence in living our values and principles. The winner is chosen by their peers.
This year, reflecting on the award, we wondered what it means to each person.

A quick update on what our Giving Back committee has been up to:
- In July our Superheroes donated blood.
- In August we supported our building neighbours – Teleflex Canada– giving back initiative to support the Junior Optimist Club of Keswick.
Ah … September. The month evokes memories of a new school year. For us at Integral Group it’s time to publish our year two report card. As we discussed in some detail last year, in 2017 we set out a 3 year plan (2017-2020) of what we wanted to accomplish as a group. We called this our Vision 2020.
We have about 30% of our goals left to complete and we know exactly what we need to accomplish in the final year.
The report card isn’t our only measure of how well we are doing. We’ve surveyed our customers satisfaction last year and will again this year. We have a several new initiatives planned to enhance customer engagement and afford forums for discussion.
While there is always more to be done – and we keep digging deep to find new goals – we are pleased with what we have accomplished thus far in our Vision 2020 plan. Do you have any questions or comments about how we are doing? Let Lee know.Read more
